Brighton has been taking steps for quite some time now, but over the past couple of weeks he has been walking more than crawling. He is just so stinking cute and he just patters around everywhere. He will be 14 months in about a week and a half. He's jabbering a lot, most of it is just jabber, but there are some words in there from time to time. He says: Momma, Dadda, Doggy(he loves puppies, he just sits there and giggles and points), Owie, More(and he does the sign language with it), Ba Ba(bottle), and Hi. I'm sure he says more, but this is all I can think of right now. Bright loves stuffed animals and anything fluffy and soft. He loves to randomly snuggle up on the floor with something soft. He gives kisses to everything, even his trucks if you ask him to, haha. He is such a boy, he loves driving his trucks on the ground and makes "vroom vroom" noises. He also loves to growl. He's been doing this since he was about 8 or 9 months old. If you growl at him, he is sure to growl back. He even will growl at a nice old lady at the Pizza Factory, even if they didn't growl at him first(it happened and it was embarrassing). He hates it when others laugh at him when he's sad or crying, he will scream and point at you. Brighton still has NO teeth! I noticed in the past few days his bottom middle gummies are a little white, so hopefully he has some coming! He's been very clingy lately, which is so unlike him. I think it's a combo of his age which brings on separation anxiety & his teeth coming in. He was getting up almost 4 times a night the past couple weeks!! AHH! The last 3 nights though, he's been sleeping through the night, except this morning he got up at 6:30 AM... Poor baby, hopefully things will start to feel better for him soon.
